7 month check up

Dr. Monteil's notes from Micaiah's check up on 4.24.06, she was 7 months on 4.17.06

HI! This morning I had the opportunity to review young Micaiah, she has now reached 7 months of age and has been, according to the caregiver, doing well in the time since she was seen for the last time here in my office she shows a steady growth and her development also appears to be progressing well, is very bright, shows interest in what goes on around her and will listen attentively when spoken to, she is also quite vocal herself and makes some cooing noises and marginal babbling sounds of her own, will vocalize her anger and socializes with her vocal sounds and also her smile, reaches out and grab things with either hands using her fingers to hold them and bring them to her mouth. I am told by the caregiver that this little one takes well her formula and diet and is also receiving her ordered vitamin supplement. Upon evaluation today I found this little one in good health with no obvious physical or neurological abnormalities, her weight today is 14 lbs 3 oz, length of 62.8 cms and head circumference of 43.2 cms.
