M: elijah, will you marry me?
E: yes
M: (waiting.....patiently.....waiting....) elijah, will you marry me now?
E: yes, who do you want the kids to be? (he turns to me) mommy, can we wait until vanessa gets bigger to get married and then she can be the flower girl? (vanessa is our 5 1/2 month old foster kiddo).
mommy: sure, that sounds like a good idea.
M: elijah are you going to marry me?
E: not now.
M: i need to put this bracelet on, then i can marry daddy!
what a gift and a privalege it is to be home with my children and watch them interact and share these precious moments. thanks babe, for working so hard so i can stay with them! i hope i don't ever take advantage or loose sight of how very privaledged i am. your the best!
