just the other day, Elijah noticed one of the pictures of Art that we have in our dining room. It is the memorial card from the funeral. He picked it up and said,
"I miss him more and more, he's my favorite guy"
what a sweetie!
We continue to talk about grandpa all the time and tell our favorite stories of times with him. We miss him so much and love to talk about what he is up to in heaven.
I don't think I remembered to blog this, but a few weeks ago Elijah was talking about what Grandpa was doing in heaven that day. Elijah said he was playing golf. I asked with whom? He said, papa and Jesus. When I asked Elijah who won the game he said, "grandpa". I said, "sounds like a good day in heaven for grandpa" elijah said, "yeah".
The tears still fall as we continue to heal over the loss of grandpa, we miss him so.

What a beautiful pictures of Elijah and Grandpa. I would love a copy of that. It made me cry to see the picture and read your little story. I miss him so very much.
