today we went to see a natural path. to see if she had any ideas to help amy increase her milk supply. after our 2 1/2 hour appointment (only costing my sister about $45, that's about $30 american dollars)we went to Craig and Rosslyn's little boy's first birthday party. I didn't take any pictures but hopefully i can get one for those of you who remember craig from the wedding. after the party we went to Good Life Organic Pizza! We had spicy salomi, everything was organic and locally grown veggies.
i have been preparing and eating lots of yummy food during my stay. my sister and her husband are both foodies (not sure how to spell that)so it's always good to eat with them.
