Day # 1 sunday

I arrived into Melbourne at just the same time my flight was boarding for Adelaide. needless to say i missed my flight, but got on the very next flight. i had just enought time to go through customs, get my luggage, get my new flight, call amy and damian, and get to my plane. when i arrived, i found amy, damian, and francesco immediately, ran and got lots of hugs! and squeezed the little man. it was very similar to seeing micaiah the first time. having pictures of this precious baby you love from day one and then having to wait to see and hold him. i am so grateful my wait was only 6 1/2 weeks! we came home from the airport and i emptied my 70 lbs of luggage, ALL for francesco and gave amy all of the gifts! she was overwhelmed and so surprised, overwhelmed, and grateful. we went to rosetta's (nonna)and then went the church where francesco will be baptized next week. i am the godmother and marco, damian's brother, is the godfather! we went back to rosetta's for supper and then after 18+ hours of being awake it was time for bed!
