6 month report from Dr. Monteil

Micaiah actually had a dr. appointment just after leaving us on Feb. 24. Here is the dr. report.

Hi! This afternoon I had the opportunity to evaluate little Evelyn Floricelda, she is now aged 6 months and has been, the caregiver shares with me, doing fine in the time since her last visit with me, last month, her development appears to, considering what the caregiver tells me, progressing well she is alert and shows interest in all that goes on around her will turn to sound and responds to the sound of her name, she is also very vocal herself making cooing and some babbling noises of her own both in response and also to call attention to herself, she is now able to roll over completely to either side and will keep the sitting position with support around her back, attempts top grab whatever is nearby and will put everything into her mouth. The caregiver shares with me that her little one takes well her formula and is also receiving her ordered vitamin supplement. Upon evaluation today I found this little one in good health with no obvious physical or neurological abnormalities, her weight is 13 lbs 12 oz, length of 61.6 cms and head circumference of 42.3 cms. She received today her third dose of DPT, HiB and Hepatitis B vaccines. Please find her pictures attached.
